CoachComm's Tempest® family of products serves as a solution for the dilemma wireless communication users are facing due to the FCC rules changes and frequency allocation in the UHF band. Tempest® is a frequency hopping, spread spectrum wireless intercom unit that operates in 2.4 Hz and 900 MHz) bands - bands that don't require licenses and are already in commercial use with cordless phones, Bluetooth and WiFi. Tempest® is an emerging technology that provides many markets with a "new way of wireless audio" in a changing spectrum.

Tempest® was conceived as an entire family of products to serve different markets and user requirements. The first product was the Tempest® NG product for BCS-level football customers.  The second version of the product was a 4-channel system for the global broadcast and live production/performance markets and is distributed to those markets by our channel partner Clear-Com, based in California. Our product and engineering teams are hard at work creating the next wave of products that will be aimed at specific market needs. It is our goal to create a suite of products to fit the needs of our customers now and into the future.
