Before You Ship Your Equipment for Service
- Please contact our Customer Service Department prior to sending equipment in for service. This will ensure that your issue is handled in a reliable and timely manner.
- Note that you will be responsible for shipping and handling equipment to CoachComm. Manufacturer's warranty coverage includes parts, labor, and outbound shipping (after service is completed).
