CoachComm College offers a hands-on, topic-based training for your X-System learning needs. With this approach, we’ll tackle topics such as X-Ware, X-Cart Safety and Operation, Game Day Set Up and Troubleshooting, and new for 2019, Wireless Pressbox, all in smaller-sized groups.
Hotel accommodations will be provided for only two nights.
CoachComm College 2019 - Training Agenda
I. X-System Overview – Rookie Session
Introductory lecture session for beginners that includes basic system overview of components and stadium connectivity.
II. X-System Technology
Instructor-led session addressing X-System technology, network topology, game day configurations, and general topics such as the wireless landscape on game day and applicable conference initiatives.
III. X-Ware Training
Classroom style training session providing an overview of the X-Ware software application, followed by hands-on exercises at individual workstations to include adding conferences, updating profiles, and more.
IV. X-Cart and Wireless Press Box Overview
Instructor-led walk through of the X-Cart’s power, drive, and safety systems as well as the new X-System Wireless Press Box. Customers will have the opportunity to get hands-on with all areas of the system and ask related questions during this time.
V. Game Day Setup and Troubleshooting
Instructor-led setup and walk-testing of the X-System, followed by discussion on troubleshooting potential scenarios. Customers will have an opportunity to set up systems as they would on game day.
